Michael J. Hochron has been in the insurance business since 1963. He is a graduate of the New York University, Stern School of Business, with a B.S. in Economics and Insurance. During College he was a member of the Iota Nu Sigma Insurance Honorary Society. After working for Met Life for a short time he began his journey as in independent insurance agent, specializing in Life, health, and Casualty Insurance. In 1971 he received his Certified Life Underwriters designation. He moved The Michael J. Hochron Insurance Agency to its current location in 1976, where he has been a proud member of the business community since. He has served on the town council and been active in the local community personally since 1964.

Ilisa Barretta has been with Hochron Insurance since 1981 on a part time basis and during summers while in college. After graduating from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a marketing concentration. She worked briefly for a marketing firm before re-joining the family business back at the agency. She got her property and casualty, as well as life and health license in 1987 and continues to pursue and expand her insurance knowledge by taking classes and seminars regularly. She has served in various capacities in the PTO, PTSO, Recreation commission, and other local organizations within the community.
